Laurel Grove Family Apartments is a transit-oriented development located adjacent to the San Jose Diridon Transit Center in a service-rich area where residents can walk, take the train, bike to work, school, or stores. The project incorporated many Bay-Friendly practices such as drought tolerant planting, low volume irrigation, covered parking which reduces the heat island effect, and a centralized recycling area.
