Streetscape landscape improvements along the Interstate 880 – State Route 92 Reliever Route through the City of Hayward.  Streetscape improvements feature landscaped bioswales to capture 100% of stormwater runoff from the roadways, provide shade along sidewalks, drought tolerant plantings for beneficial insects, and energy efficient LED streetlights.
