Alameda Landing Phase 3 Condominiums is a residential portion of the larger mixed use Alameda Landing project. Built on the site of the former U.S. Nave’s Fleet Industrial Supply Center, the project involved brownfield remediation. The landscape features a diverse plant palette and high efficiency irrigation system.
